全风化花岗岩遇水易软化,不宜直接用于路床填筑,改良方法的选择对保障路基质量至关重要。通过室内试验和试验路铺筑,对比研究了全风化花岗岩、石灰改良土、水泥改良土和碎石改良土的强度及材料的承载能力(CBR)。结果表明,全风化花岗岩可直接作为下路堤填料。石灰、水泥改良土的CBR大于8%,28 d无侧限抗压强度大于0.4 MPa。石灰改良土的无侧限抗压强度高于相同龄期水泥改良土。石灰、水泥改良土的无侧限抗压强度随着掺量、养护时间的增加而增大。碎石掺量小于30%时,碎石掺量对碎石改良土的CBR影响较小,提高击实功可明显提高碎石改良土的CBR。碎石改良土填筑的路拌松铺厚度不宜超过20 cm,碾压遍数不应少于4遍。研究成果可为全风化花岗岩改良土的工程应用提供理论依据。
Abstract:Completely weathered granite is prone to softening upon contact with water and is not suitable for direct used in roadbed filling. The selection of improvement methods is crucial for ensuring subgrade quality. Through laboratory tests and experimental road paving, a comparative study was conducted on the strength and material bearing capacity(CBR) of completely weathered granite, lime-improved soil, cement-improved soil, and crushed stone-improved soil. The results show that completely weathered granite can be directly used as lower embankment fill. The CBR of lime-improvedsoil and cement-improved soil is greater than 8%, and the 28 d unconfined compressive strength is greater than 0.4 MPa. The unconfined compressive strength of lime-improved soil is higher than that of cement-improved soil at the same age. The unconfined compressive strength of lime-improvedsoil and cement-improved soil increases with the increase of dosage and curing time. When the crushedstone content is less than 30%, the crushed stone content has little effect on the CBR of crushed stone-improved soil; increasing the compaction energy can significantly improve the CBR of crushed stone-improved soil. The loose paving thickness for road mixing of crushed stone-improved soil should not exceed 20cm, and the number of rolling passes should not be less than 4. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of completely weathered granite improved soil.
