通过数值模拟方法研究重载车辆侧翻撞击钢筋混凝土箱梁桥面时的动态响应和损伤状况。首先,结合重载车辆侧翻撞击箱梁桥面的实际情况和影响因素,分析了车辆的受力状态。然后,求解车辆侧翻时的运动方程,建立了考虑率效应的单跨钢筋混凝土箱梁桥面受重载车辆撞击的有限元模型,通过数值模拟研究桥面在不同冲击工况下箱梁受到的损伤破坏、冲击力、位移等时程变化规律。结果表明破坏主要集中在箱梁被撞击区域;翼缘板底及与腹板接触部位呈现明显的弯曲破坏特征;与腹板上部桥面受冲击相比,翼缘板桥面受冲击对箱梁整体结构造成的损伤更严重。
Abstract:To study the dynamic response and damage conditions of a vehicle carrying heavy loads when it rolls over and impacts the surface of a reinforced concrete box girder bridge through numerical simulation methods. Firstly, the force state of the vehicle is analyzed in conjunction with the actual situation and influencing factors when it rolls over and impacts the box girder bridge surface. Then, the motion equation of the vehicle during the rollover is solved, and a finite element model of a single-span reinforced concrete box girder bridge surface subjected to impact by a vehicle carrying heavy loads, considering the rate effect, is established, through numerical simulation, the damage and destruction, impact force, displacement, and other time-varying patterns of the box girder under different impact conditions are studied. The results show that the damage is mainly concentrated in the area of the box girder that is impacted; the bottom of the flange plate and the area in contact with the web plate exhibit obvious characteristics of bending damage; the impact on the upper part of the web plate causes more severe damage to the overall structure of the box girder compared to the impact on the flange plate.
