沥青路面再生是路面维修的一种有效方法,为了达到维修的目的又节省经费和资源,必须选择适当的再生方式。归纳了5种再生方式的应用优势和工艺流程,并从设计、施工以及沥青混合料性能等方面分析了各类再生方式的适用性和限制条件,从旧路面状况出发,针对各类路面损害类型与不同再生方式的对照,设计了问卷式再生方式选择方法;再根据道路维修要求等因素,制定了筛选方法;最后利用各再生方式的服务年限进行经济效益最大化计算分析,可以确定最佳再生方案。

The recycling asphalt pavement( RAP) is a efficiency method in pavement maintain,but we need select the approprate RAP's method for the purpose of pavement maintain and economize money and resources. The paper concluded the application superiority and process flow of the five RAP's methods. And analyzed applicability and restrict condition of every method from design and consturct and performace fo asphalt concrete. According to the old pavement status,we designed the questionnaire selection method in allusion to the comparison of the pavement damage style and the different RAP's methods. Then we establish the filter method basis the demand of pavement maintain. At last,we can selecte the best RAP's method by analyzing maximizing the benefits according the prospects service years of recycling processes.
