中央分隔带护栏是防止车辆对向碰撞和保护中央分隔带内构造物的重要安全设施，其防护等级与设计速度和事故严重程度密切相关，其中事故严重程度是决定护栏等级的主要因素。现行规范和细则根据中央分隔带条件确定事故严重程度等级，中央分隔带宽度与护栏型式是其主要参数。通过研究，发现规范对中央分隔带事故严重程度划分标准存在主观臆定和逻辑失当，与实际应用脱节，不利于设计人员理解掌握。参考国外和我省的实际做法，提出更合理的划分思路和标准、以期更有效地使用资源、提高中央分隔带护栏设置的合理性，并可为规范在以后的修订中提供参考。

The median barrier is an important safety facility to prevent vehicle collision and protect the structures in the median. Its protection level is closely related to the design speed and accident severity, among which the accident severity is the main factor affecting the selection of grade. The current standards and rules determine the severity level of the accident according to the conditions of the median, the width of the median and the type of the barrier are the main parameters. Through the research, it is found that the specification has subjective and improper logic about the classification standard of accident severity in the central separation zone, which is out of line with the practical application and is not conducive to the understanding of designers. Referring to the actual practice of foreign countries and our province, this paper puts forward more reasonable dividing ideas and standards, in order to use resources more effectively, improve the rationality of the median barrier setting, and can be used for reference in the future revision of the specification.
