针对竖井中隔板稳定性问题,采用理论分析及现场测试方法,推导了中隔板稳定性系数计算公式,测试了公式中轴向荷载参数,并揭示了稳定性影响机理。结果表明:断面一~断面四中隔板轴向1~#、3~#测点和垂向2~#、4~#均存在接触压力,且轴向测点均大于垂向,接触压力值分别为0.01、0.02、0.054、0.018 MPa,以此分别确定了4个断面中隔板的轴向荷载。中隔板稳定性与厚度、混凝土强度等级呈正相关,而与竖井直径呈负相关,影响显著性为厚度>竖井设计直径>混凝土强度等级。大直径复杂地层竖井设计中,宜适当提高中隔板厚度。建议公路隧道竖井中隔板稳定性系数取3.5,该取值相对合理。研究成果可为竖井中隔板设计施工提供理论借鉴。
Abstract:For the stability of the middle partition in the shaft, by using theoretical analysis and on-site testing methods, the calculation formula for the stability coefficient of the middle partition was derived, the axial load parameters in the formula were tested, and the mechanism of stability influence was revealed. The results showed that there were contact pressures at measuring points No.1 and No.3 in the axial direction and measuring points No.2 and No.4 in the vertical direction of the partition in sections one to four, and the axial measuring points were all greater than the vertical direction. The contact pressure values were 0.1、0.02、0.054、0.018 MPa, respectively. Based on this, the axial loads of the partition in the four sections were determined. The stability of the middle partition is positively correlated with thickness and concrete strength grade, while negatively correlated with the diameter of the shaft, witha significant of impact of the thickness>design diameter of the vertical shaft>concrete strength grade. In the design of large-diameter complex geological vertical shafts, it is advisable to increase the thickness of the middle partition appropriately. It is recommended to set the stability coefficient of the middle partition in the shaft of the highway tunnel to 3.5, which is relatively reasonable. The research results can provide theoretical reference for the design and construction of partitions in shafts.
