典型路面结构冰水混合物附着条件下湿滑性能研究

摘要:

路面结冰、积水导致行车性能下降极易诱发交通安全问题,而其造成交通事故的主要致因是路面湿滑性能的改变。利用陆地交通气象灾害防治技术国家工程实验室的维萨拉遥感道面状态传感器、温湿度传感器、摆式仪、红外热像仪采集两种典型路面结构AC—16、OGFC—16表面冰水混合物的冰层厚度、水膜厚度、摩擦系数、环境温度、冰层表面温度参数。利用SPSS软件通过方差分析、多元线性回归分析研究典型路面结构冰水混合物附着条件下湿滑性能的影响因素与定量关系。研究表明,AC—16路面冰水混合物附着条件下摩擦系数与冰层厚度呈线性正相关,与冰层表面温度分别呈现线性负相关(低于-3℃)和线性正相关(-30℃);OGFC—16路面冰水混合物附着条件下摩擦系数与水膜厚度呈线性负相关,与冰层厚度、冰层表面温度的关系和AC—16路面一致。

Abstract:

It's easily to cause traffic safety when the road surface becomes freeze and wet which deteriorates the driving performance.The main reason is the change of the skid resistance performance.The thickness of ice and water film,the temperature of ice surface and environmental factors on the track palte of AC —16 and OGFC —16 are obtained with the use of the remote surface state with temperature and humidity sensor of Vaisala,the British pendulum tester and the infrared thermal imager in the NELSTWIP in real time.In order to get the influential factors and establish quantitative relationship under the adhesion condition of ice water mixture,the SPSS is used to analyze the variance and multiple linear regression.The analysis found out that there exists a positive linear correlation to ice thickness,a negative/positive linear to ice temperature(below-3 ℃/-3 ~ 0 ℃) with the friction coefficient of AC —16.In respect to OGFC—16,there exists a negative linear correlation to water film thickness with friction coefficient and the consistent relationship in terms of the thickness of ice and ice temperature.
