短切纤维沥青混合料配合比优化设计研究

摘要:

纤维沥青混凝土路面有着高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及耐久性较好的特点,是一种很有发展前景的路面材料,但有关纤维沥青混合料的配合比设计方面仍没有一种通用的设计方法。基于此,着眼于短切纤维沥青混合料的特点,对混合料配合比优化设计进行了研究:确定了混合料组成结构类型为骨架嵌挤型结构;选用4种短切纤维材料,并同时制备有无纤维及掺配木质素纤维的沥青混合料作为对比项;对纤维沥青的性能进行了分析;确定了矿料的级配并进行检验;依据最紧密骨架原理,进行配合比设计,得到了其最佳油石比和配合比设计结果。研究可为短切纤维沥青混合料的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The fiber asphalt concrete pavement has the characteristics of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and good durability. It is a promising pavement material, but there is still no universal design for the mix design of fiber asphalt mixture. Design method. In this paper, focusing on the characteristics of chopped fiber asphalt mixture, the optimization design of mixture ratio is studied: the structure of the mixture is determined to be the frame embedded structure; four kinds of chopped fiber materials are selected, and the preparation is carried out at the same time. Asphalt mixture of fiber and lignin fiber was used as the comparison item; the performance of fiber asphalt was analyzed; the gradation of mineral material was determined and tested; according to the principle of the closest skeleton, the mixture ratio design was carried out, and the most The ratio of good oil stone to the ratio of design results. The research in this paper can provide reference for the application of chopped fiber asphalt mixture.
