箱涵顶进施工过程中路面沉降的数值模拟分析

摘要:

采用FLAC3D数值软件对某箱涵顶进工程实例进行了施工全过程的数值模拟,并结合路面沉降的现场监测数据对数值模拟得出的路面沉降规律进行了总结分析。研究表明:顶进施工确实会造成路面沉降,在保证顶进施工过程中不出现超挖土体的情况下,路面沉降的最大值为40 mm左右,最大值处于箱涵中轴线正上方,沉降值由箱涵中轴线向两边递减,路面沉降的影响范围约为箱涵宽度的1倍。在正常状况下顶进施工造成的路面沉降处于允许的沉降范围内,能很好地保证公路的正常通行。

Abstract:

FLAC3 D numerical software is used to carry out the numerical simulation of the whole construction process of a case of box culvert-jacking project, and combined with the field monitoring data of pavement settlement, the road surface settlement law obtained from the numerical simulation is summarized and analyzed. The research shows that: The box culvert-jacking construction does cause pavement settlement, the maximum pavement settlement is about 40 mm under the normal condition. The maximum settlement value is on the central axis of box culvert, the influence range of pavement settlement is about twice the width of box culvert. Under normal conditions, the pavement settlement caused by jacking construction is within the allowable pavement settlement range, which can guarantee the normal work of the highway.
